Guideline 

--All papers must undergo a similarity index test, otherwise known as a plagiarism test

·     -- First name and surname, rank, address, institutional- affiliations, department, telephone number(s) and e-mail should appear on the first page of the manuscript.

·        --The title should be on the same page 1 and not exceed 18 words.

·       --  Every article should have an abstract of not more than 300 words followed by 5 keywords derived from the article.

·         --Body text should be typed 12 points in Times New Roman. Alignment should be justified.

·         --Articles should not be more than 15 pages, including the abstract, texts, tables, footnotes, appendixes, and references.

·         --Authors should be consistent in spelling- either American English or British English.

·         --Referencing should be in line with the APA style, 6^th edition and listed at the end of the article in strict alphabetical order.

·         --Papers must be rich in references and literature/empirical citations.

·         --Papers must not have been published or sent for consideration in other academic journals.

SUBMISSION

Papers are to be submitted by e-mail (as a Word document attachment using Microsoft Office Word). Authors are expected to pay a review fee of five thousand naira (#5,000) or thirty US dollars. If the article is accepted, authors are required to pay twenty thousand naira (#20,000) publication fee. All payment should be made using this account:
